So...wow, I have a blog

Hello world, hello 2010. Now that I have one of these I don't even know what to write... Go figure. Scare everyone else of these days by not being able to shut up and now don't know what to talk about.

hmmmm, plans for the "new" year. Well, let's see, keep my job. Get my auto tags paid for, keep the roof over our head and have the best possible year for Alijah. I can't believe she will be 2 years old next month. Pretty crazy! I remember when I found out Gracie was pregnant. Driving down the road in the truck on the way to the dr's office when she finally came clean and 5 months along.

So many things have changed since then and many not for the better. But, we must look at the bright side and be thankful for what we have. I am a 40 year old single grandma who is sharing the raising of my 2 year old grand-daughter with her other grandma. We alternate every-other week. She lives with me from Wednesday to Wednesday and with her the following Wednesday to the next. It's not bad, this way Jahjah can grow up knowing both families and having the best that we can provide including the emense love we all have for her. We are pretty fortunate that both us grandmas get along really well. We have our differences periodically but always come back together for Alijah. I really like her too. I consider her a dear friend.

This may be some good therapy for me. I don't know whether or not anyone will read this but I can talk it out on here. lol

Here's a picture of me and my Jahjah!
