So I was able to send my package off to my partner in the Disney Villains swap. She said she loved it. I am really happy to hear that! I was sooo stressed that she may not like the stuff or think it was all goofy. Nerves got the best of me. So now....... da da dada I got in on the Harry Potter swap! Totally excited! Should get partners next weekend. Pretty cool. There are sooo many projects out there on the web and in my head! (lol i made a little rhyme) Leaky Cauldron, Yahoo has a Harry Potter craft group plus tons other places. Should be pretty cool, just hoping I already have the supplies I can use. That was the whole point of getting into these, use stuff I already have so I don't spend money (which I don't have) and keep myself occupied!
Alijah is going to help me! She is home this week and is just growing so much! And she's so smart too! I think she will grow up to be a Rocket Scientist, Doctor of Medicine, Fashion designer, lead musician of a band, and best mom to some lucky kids.

There is the swap "Cute - n- creepy", it's gonna be huge but I don't think I am gonna be able to get in on it. The stuff looks sooo cute from the one before and I checked out the girl's websites that is organizing it and she makes the cutest stuff!!! I so want in pout pout. I don't think I am gonna make it. I am going to send out the Disney swap box out on Tuesday that way everything that needs drying has time to dry and I can make sure everything is wrapped up so nothing breaks. I really hope my partner likes what I have made for her! I will post pics after for all my ghosties out there keepin up with me!

Ok, so I am signed up for this swap on craftster.org (cool website). I have to craft stuff to send to another person and they do the same based on Disney Villains you have chosen. Dude... I want to make some really cool stuff that they will totally dig on but I am sooo nervous that I am gonna go blank on the ideas....

Hello world, hello 2010. Now that I have one of these I don't even know what to write... Go figure. Scare everyone else of these days by not being able to shut up and now don't know what to talk about.
hmmmm, plans for the "new" year. Well, let's see, keep my job. Get my auto tags paid for, keep the roof over our head and have the best possible year for Alijah. I can't believe she will be 2 years old next month. Pretty crazy! I remember when I found out Gracie was pregnant. Driving down the road in the truck on the way to the dr's office when she finally came clean and 5 months along.
So many things have changed since then and many not for the better. But, we must look at the bright side and be thankful for what we have. I am a 40 year old single grandma who is sharing the raising of my 2 year old grand-daughter with her other grandma. We alternate every-other week. She lives with me from Wednesday to Wednesday and with her the following Wednesday to the next. It's not bad, this way Jahjah can grow up knowing both families and having the best that we can provide including the emense love we all have for her. We are pretty fortunate that both us grandmas get along really well. We have our differences periodically but always come back together for Alijah. I really like her too. I consider her a dear friend.
This may be some good therapy for me. I don't know whether or not anyone will read this but I can talk it out on here. lol
Here's a picture of me and my Jahjah!
